Tyler Frederiksen Broker/Agent  joined Norsemen Realty, Ltd.in 2014. Tyler lives in Story City with his wife Megan and two children (Owen and Avery).  He is active in the community as he is the President of the Story City Economic Corporation as well as a board member for River Bend Golf Course. Coaching for the the Roland-Story boys basketball team keeps him in touch with the school system, students and parents in the community where he grew up and gives back.  In 2022, Tyler and his wife partnered with another couple to purchase Wild Oak Campground and RV park in Story City.  Tyler also owns and operates Dutchman Painters, Inc. which gives him a unique perspective in helping you to buy or sell a home.
